Every time I go swimming, I nearly drown. I flail about, I gulp water. Do you think I am a good swimmer? They have to throw me the life saver to keep me from sinking. Somehow, I survive each time, but it’s always trouble.

ouch - I don’t think anywhere - only place you might get partial financing is a car dealer that advertises Buy Here - Pay Here, but you usually have to put 50% down on the cars and they are usually older model high mileage cars, then you make weekly or bi-weekly payments right to that dealer
